In the name of God amen, I Mourning Pigg of the county of Harrison and state of Kentucky, being weak in body but of perfect mind and memory do ordain this my last will and testament. First it is my desire that all my just debts shall be paid and all debts due me to be collected by my executors. Secondly, it is my will and desire that my beloved wife Nancy Pigg shall have full possession and enjoy all the privileges of my dwelling house and plantation and all the woodlands thereto where I now live, also all the farming utensils and all such parts of my estate both real and personal as she think proper to serve her during her natural life of widow and after her death it is my will and desire that all my estate both real and personal be sold at a credit of twelve or eighteen months and then for my Son Lewis Pigg to be paid for the work he done on my house and the glass he furnished which is forty one dollars and fifty cents and thirty five dollars that I borrowed of him amounting in the whole to seventy five dollars and fifty cents and the overflow if any, it is my will and desire that it be equally divided between the heirs of Moses Pigg and Lewis Pigg and David Pigg and Sally Patterson and Margaret Adkins, eldest Daughter and Spencer Pigg's eldest Daughter and that the executors of my last will and testament shall take their part and loan it out for the benefit of them until they arrive to the age of sixteen years. As to John and William Pigg, I think they have had their part already, nevertheless, it is my wish that they each have 50 cents apiece as to Elizabeth Chinn it is my wish and desire that she has the sum one dollar for her portion and further it is my will and desire that Richard Faulconer, Francis Edwards and Nancy Pigg be appointed executors to this my last will and testament given under my hand.
