Melvin Lester Mills

Melvin Lester's father was James Hadley Mills and his mother was Lula Irene Shrum.  His paternal grandparents were David Jessie Mills and Sally Patience Wallis; his maternal grandparents were Jacob Mack Neil Shrum and Emma Caroline Stone. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named Luther Ray, Ronnie Wilbur, Charles William, Donald Gene, Hurbert Mack David, James Winford, Jesse Roy Lee, Julius Edward, Mavis Irene, Melba Lou, Metta Emma Kate and Helen Marie.

They had three sons and a daughter, named Living, Living, Living and Living.
