Phoebe McCann

Phoebe was born about 1772.  Phoebe's father was Neal McCann and her mother was UNKNOWN Obedience.  Her paternal grandparents were Neal McCann and UNKNOWN Sarah. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, O'Neal, Pleasant Sr., James, Mary and Charity.  She was the second youngest of the seven children.

They had two daughters named Polly and Valntine Parren.
