George's father was Abraham HIMSTREET and his mother was Martha CALHOUN.  His maternal grandfather was UNKNOWN CALHOUN. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Lorenzo Drayton, Abram, David, Frank, John, Mary A and Sammantha (Hattie).
