Carlton HESS 
Carlton was born on October 15th, 1915. Carlton's father was William Hess and his mother was Frances Anna Otz. His paternal grandparents were William W. Hess and Nancy Elizabeth Young; his maternal grandparents were Rudolf Otz and Anna UNKNOWN. He had two brothers named Harold Arlo and Dean. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 55 on July 17th, 1971 in Long Beach,CA.-
