Eugene was born in 1921. Eugene's father was Ora L. HAHN and his mother was Minnie HARRIS. His maternal grandparents were John Winchester HARRIS and Mary Catherine CABY. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Raymond, Lindell, Billie L., Marie C., Alicia, Clodine A., Loraine M. and Viola L.. He was the third youngest of the nine children.
