Angus Gordon was born on July 6th, 1855 in ,Woodford,KY. Angus Gordon's father was Moses Campbell Guyn and his mother was Ann Black. His paternal grandparents were Robert Guyn and Jane Black; his maternal grandparents were John Black and Martha McGill. He had six brothers and a sister, named Robert A., John Campbell, Samuel James, William Rainey, Charles Christopher, Thomas Rankin and Martha Jane. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 75 on April 9th, 1931 in ,Woodford,KY. He was buried in Ebenezer Church Cemetery,Jessamine,KY.-
