David H Forsythe 
David H was born on December 14th, 1907 in Will Co,Illinois.1 David H's father was John J Forsythe and his mother was Mary S Doyle. His maternal grandparents were Michael S Doyle and Ellen F Kavanaugh. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John Raymond, Donald J, Robert Michael, Franklin James, Margaret L and Mary Ellen. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 72 on August 21st, 1980 in Manteno,Kankakee Co,Illinois.1 General Notes
