Charles Evans

Charles was born in 1865 in ,,IN.  Charles' father was Ratliff Evans and his mother was Melissa Jane Voiles.  His maternal grandparents were Benjamin Reese VOILES and Polly LLOYD. He had three brothers and a sister, named Laban, Daniel, Thomas and Malinda E.  He was the youngest of the five children.
