John Doyle 
John was born in 1861 in Illinois. John's father was Michael S Doyle and his mother was Catherine Marron. He had five brothers named James, Peter J, Thomas, Francis John Sr and Michael. He had two half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Harry A, Joseph E, Mary S, Nellie F, Lenora, Alice Elizabeth and Margaret E. He died at the age of 27 on April 14th, 1888 in Elwood,Illinois. He was buried on April 16th, 1888 in Mt Olivet Cemetery,Wilmington,Will Co,Illinois.General Notes

John Doyle, son of Michael Doyle,died at him home, four miles southeast of Elwood on Saturday, April 14th, withdropsy of the heart. He was a young man who was greatly admired and esteemed,and his loss is deeply regretted by all who knew him. He was buried at Wilmington, April 16th, from St Rose's Catholic church, where a requiem high mass wascelebrated. The funeral was very largely attended, there being a procession ofabout one hundred and twenty carriages and buggies. We tender our sincere sympathyto the afflicted parents and relatives of the deceased.
