John Crockett 
John was born in 1776. John's father was James Crockett and his mother was Martha Gay. His paternal grandparents were Robert Watkins Crockett and UNKNOWN Margaret. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Robert, Samuel, James, Margaret S., Jane, Mary, Martha, Susanna and Elizabeth. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children.
