Mary was born in 1862. Mary's father was John Joseph BOHMANN and her mother was Maria E. HANNEKAMP. Her paternal grandparents were John Gerhardt Bohmann and Unknown UNKNOWN. She had three brothers and a sister, named George F, Theodore, Anthony and Katharine. She was the oldest of the five children. She had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named John Joseph Theodore, John H, Herman and Maria Helena B.
