William Sheriff of Somerset was born about 1160 in Buckinghamshire,England.1 William Sheriff of Somerset's father was Ingelram de Fiennes and his mother was Sibyl de Boulogne. His paternal grandparents were Eustace II de Fiennes and Anne de Dreux; his maternal grandparents were Pharamond Paramus De TINGRY and Matilda (de Boulogne). He was an only child.
