Domingo was born in Ruiloba,Santander,España. Domingo's father was Antonio De Tagle and his mother was Catalina Bracho De La Sierra. His paternal grandparents were Domingo De Tagle y Guerra and Maria De Gonzales; his maternal grandparents were Juan Alonso Bracho De La Guerra and Ines De La Sierra Y Cossio. He was an only child. He died in 1704.
