Eugenia was born in 1153 in Tong,Kent,England. Eugenia's father was Ralph Picot and her mother was Ethelreda de Port. Her paternal grandfather was Roger de Picot; her maternal grandfather was Henry de , Sir Port. She had a sister named Alice de. She was the older of the two children. She died at the age of 31 in 1184.General Notes
