Maria was born in Santiago,Chile. Maria's father was Tomas Pastene Seixas and her mother was Agustina Lantadilla Astudillo. Her paternal grandparents were Juan Bautista Pastene and Ginebra de Seixas Ruiz de Estrada. She was an only child. She died in 1643 in Santiago,Chile.
