Beatriz's father was Sebastián Moreau y Amigo Arenillas and her mother was Catalina Pastene Avendaño Valdivia. Her paternal grandparents were Nicolás Moreau and Juana de Amigo Arenillas; her maternal grandparents were Juan Pastene Negrón and Avendaño Valdivia y Cid Maldonado. She was an only child.
They had a daughter named Nicolasa.
