Piero the Gouty Ruler of Florence de was born in 1416.¹   Piero the Gouty Ruler of Florence de's father was Cosimo the Elder Ruler of Florence de Medici and his mother was Contessina de Bardi.  His paternal grandparents were Giovanni di Bicci Averado de Medici and Piccarda BUERI. He had a brother named Giovanni de.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 53 in 1469.¹ 

He had two biological sons named Giuliano de and Lorenzo Ruler of Florence de.
