Juana's father was Juan Alonso Diaz Bracho and her mother was Maria Catalina del Corro y Barreda.  Her paternal grandparents were Juan Alonso Bracho and Catalina Sanchez de Cos y Villegas. She had a brother named Juan Alonso.
