Gilbert Lord Folkingham was born in 1048. Gilbert Lord Folkingham's father was Rudolph\Ralph D'Alost de Gand and his mother was Gisele de Luxembourg. His paternal grandparents were Adalbert de Gand and Ermengade Flanders; his maternal grandparents were Frederic I Count Of Luxembourg Count In Moselgau and Irmtrud Gleiberg. He had two brothers and a sister, named Unknown, Baudouin and Isabel. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 46 in 1094.General Notes
