Princess Hedwig of Bitsch 
Princess Hedwig of was born in 1188. Princess Hedwig of's father was Duke Friedrich of Lothringen-Bitsch and her mother was Princess Ludmilla of Poland. Her paternal grandparents were Duke Mattheus I of Lothringen and Princess Judith of Schwaben; her maternal grandparents were Mieszko III "The Old" Prince of Great Poland and Princess Elisabet of Hungary. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Duke Friedrich I of, Count Philipp of, Count Heinrich of, Count Dietrich of, Bishop Mattheus of, Princess Judith of, Princess Agathe of and Princess Kunigunde of. She was the youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 40 in 1228.-
