Adele or Alice Caroling was born about 0910 in Of,Vermandois,Normandy,France.1   Adele or Alice Caroling's father was Herbert II Caroling VERMANDOIS and her mother was Hildebrante or Adela France. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Albert(Adalbert) I, Robert, Renaud De, Ledgarde and Gerberge.  She was the oldest of the six children.  She died in Bruges.  She was buried in St Pierre Abby,Gand.1 1
