Johann II Kleve

Johann II was born about 1325 in Kleve,Rheinland,Prussia. Johann II's father was Derek VII Kleve and his mother was Margaret Countess Kyburg. His paternal grandparents were Derek VI Kleve and Princess Aleidis of Sponheim; his maternal grandparents were Eberhard I Halburg-Kyburg and Anna Kyburg. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named Eberhard, Dietrich VIII, Adelaide, Irmgard, Agnes, Maria, Elisabeth, Anna and Margaret. He was the youngest of the ten children.
