Casimir IV of Poland's father was Wladyslaw II Jagiello King of Poland and his mother was Jadwiga Queen of Poland Poland. His paternal grandparents were Algirdas of Lithuania Duke of Lithuania and Ul'iana Aleksandrovna. He had a brother and a sister, named Wladyslaw III of Poland and Elzbieta-Bonifacja. He died in 1492.
He had four biological sons and two biological daughters, named St. Casimir the Peacemaker, Alexander of Poland, John I Albert of Poland, Sigismund I the Elder, Sophie and Barbara.
