Robert was born about 1002 in Standard Bearer of Normandy Banks' Extinct Peerage,Vol III p. 351.1 Robert's father was Ralph II Seigneur De Toeni. His paternal grandparents were Ralph I De Toeni and Mrs Ralph. He had a brother and a sister, named Ralph III and Adele Countess. He was the oldest of the three children. He died in 1038. He was buried on May 31st, 1038 in Conches,Seine-Et- Marne,France.1 1 -
