Roger Bernard I Vicomte's father was Gaston I Comte De Foix et Bigorre and his mother was Jeanne D'Artois.  His paternal grandparents were Roger-Bernard III De Foix and Marguerite Vicomtesse De Bearn.  He was an only child.  He died on May 24th, 1352.
