Gepa Countess of was born about 1130 in Of,Dassel,Hannover,Prussia.  Gepa Countess of's father was Reinald Count of Dassel and her mother was Mathilde Countess of Schauenburg.  Her paternal grandparents were Dietrich von Dassel and Kunihild Mrs von Dassel. She had two brothers named Ludolf Count of and Reinald Count of.  She was the youngest of the three children.  She died in 1174.
