Arnaud Amanieu was born in August 1338.  Arnaud Amanieu's father was Bernard Ezi V D'Albret and his mother was Mathe D'Armagnac.  His maternal grandparents were Bernard VI Comte D'Armagnac and Cecile De Rodez.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 63 in 1401.

‌Arnaud Amanieu and Marguerite De were married in a religious ceremony on May 4th, 1368.  They had a son and a daughter, named Charles and Marguerite.
