Phokas, Caeser of BARDOS was born in 0890.  Phokas, Caeser of BARDOS' father was Phokas Nobleman of NIKEPHOROS The Old' Capadocia and his mother was UNKNOWN MALIENE.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 79 in 0969.
