Count Eustach of was born in 1100. Count Eustach of's father was Count Otto II of Chiny and his mother was Princess Adelheid of Namur. His paternal grandmother was Adelheid Von Roucy. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Count Albert I of, Count Friedrich of, Count Hugo of, Bishop Adalbert of, Ida Princess Of, Princess Oda of and Princess Alveradis of. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 59 in 1159.
