De Buzancais was born about 0970.  De Buzancais' father was De Buzancais Robert II.  His paternal grandfather was "Dit Mille Boucliers" De Buzancais Sulpice I. He had a brother named De Beaumont-Maine.  He was the younger of the two children.  De Buzancais is no longer alive.
