Samuel Zike 
Samuel was born in 1866. Samuel's father was Henry Zike and his mother was Martha Prather. His paternal grandparents were John Zike and Susannah Smith. He had three brothers and a sister, named James B., George W., John William and Juda. He died at the age of 78 in 1944. He was buried in Centenary Cemetery, near Martinsville, Morgan Co., Indiana.-
