Oma Joyce West

Oma Joyce was born on November 4th, 1934 in Muncie, Delaware Co., Indiana.  Oma Joyce's father was Charles West and her mother was Beulah Elizabeth Nibarger.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 48 on October 4th, 1983 in San Diego , San Diego Co., California.
