Lucy A. was born in 1824 in Jessamine Co., Kentucky. Lucy A.'s father was John Wagaman and her mother was Barbara Houser. She had five brothers and seven sisters, named Abraham, Solomon, Joshua Harrison, David, John, Nancy "Anna", Sarah "Sally", Susannah, Mary, Martha, Alice Ann (Alizan) and Elizabeth "Betsy". She died at the age of 76 on February 17th, 1900 in Monroe Co., Indiana.
‌Lucy A. and John Thomas were married in a religious ceremony on July 9th, 1844 in Washington Co., Kentucky. They had a daughter named Lucy Amanda.
