Stokley Vaughn 
Stokley was born on June 26th, 1830 in Hawkins Co., Tennessee. He died at the age of 86 on May 8th, 1917 in Heltonville, Indiana. He was buried in Gilgal Cemetery, Lawrence Co., Indiana.General Notes
Stokley came to Indiana 1849 with brothers Wylie, Wesley, Clinton, and
sister Mary. He first went to Brown Co., Indiana and married Amanda
Sullivan on 7/26/1850.
‌Stokley and Amanda were married in a religious ceremony in 1850 in Brown Co., Indiana. They had a son and a daughter, named Cyrus Douglas and Marinda Ellen 'Ella'.
