Amanda Sullivan 
Amanda was born on November 9th, 1833. She died at the age of 83 on May 13th, 1917 in Heltonville, Indiana. She was buried in Gilgal Cemetery, Lawrence Co., Indiana.General Notes
Amanda and Stokley died 5 days apart and are buried doubly at Gilgal
Cemetery. They were married when Amanda was barely 16 years of age in
Brown Co., Indiana on 7/26/1850. They had 12 children and Amanda took in
6 of her husband's brother's children and raised them also. She was quite
a woman.
Amanda and Stokley were married in a religious ceremony in 1850 in Brown Co., Indiana. They had a son and a daughter, named Cyrus Douglas and Marinda Ellen 'Ella'.
