Cecil A. was born on August 2nd, 1910 in Somerset, Kentucky.  He died at the age of 83 on August 27th, 1993 in Bloomington Hospital, Bloomington, Monroe Co., Indiana.  He was buried in Valhalla Memory Gardens, Bloomington, Monroe Co., Indiana.
