Ella Amanda Deckard , 79, R. 3, Bloomington, died Friday at the Arbutus
Rest Home.
She was born Nov. 3, 1897 in Monroe County, the daughter of William
and Sara (Hall) Patton.
She was a homemaker and member of Hunters Creek Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include her husband, Herbert; one daughter, Mrs. Arizona
Hardin of Bloomington; two brothers, Everett and Roy Patton, both of
Bloomington; four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by five brothers, Finace, Vacil, Millard,
Arland, and Ora Patton.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Allen Colonial
Chapel, with the Revs. Cecil Axson and Russell Nelsn officiating. Burial
will be in Mt. Ebal Cemetery in Bloomington.
Friends may call at the Allen Funeral Home between 2 - 9 p.m. today
