Ida O. was born in November 1877 in Indiana. Ida O.'s father was William Marcellas McGlothlin and her mother was Susannah Zike. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph McGlothlin and Ruth Johnson; her maternal grandparents were Jacob Zike and Mary Dianna Baugh. She had two brothers and two sisters, named William Everett, Charles, Cora M. and Viola D.. She was the oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 80 in 1957 in Indiana. She was buried in Clover Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg, Monroe, Indiana.-
