Stephen Hamilton Chenoweth

Stephen Hamilton was born on July 8th, 1837.  Stephen Hamilton's father was Ephraim Bowen Chenoweth and his mother was Mariah Risinger.  His paternal grandparents were Arthur Chenoweth and Rachel Bowen; his maternal grandparents were George Risinger and Sarah Seaton. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named Grafton, Jefferson S., James E., John H., Roy Lee, Clinton Lafayette, Allen Simpson, Ollie S., Jane, Sarah and Jean.  He was the second oldest of the twelve children.
