Cecily was born about 1323 in Of,Mobberly,Cheshire,England. Cecily's father was William MOBBERLEY and her mother was Maude DOWNS. Her paternal grandparents were William MOBBERLY and Maude. She had seven sisters named Margery, Elizabeth, Emme, Mary, Joan, Ellen and Agnes. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children.General Notes
