Dorcus Jones 
Dorcus was born in 1681. Dorcus' father was Josiah Jones and her mother was Elizabeth Berry. Her paternal grandfather was Teague Jones; her maternal grandparents were Richard Berry and UNKNOWN Alice. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Seth, Jeriamah, Ann, Elizabeth and Sarah. She was the oldest of the six children.
Dorcus and John were married in a religious ceremony in 1700 in Rhode Island. They had five sons and five daughters, named Anthony, Arthur, Josiah, John, Josiah, Dorcus, Mary, Phebe, Anna and Mary.
