Jacob COMPTON 
Jacob was born about 1730 in of,Monmouth,Co,NJ and his baptism took place in later,Hunterdon,Somerset,NJ. Jacob's father was Isselstyne Usselton COMPTON and his mother was Orchie Altje or BLUE BLAAW. His paternal grandparents were Richard COMPTON and Prudence Providence Isselton. He had four brothers named Abraham, Ezekiel, Azariah and John. He was the second youngest of the five children.
