Silas BARKER 
Silas was born in 1841 in ,,Virginia. Silas' father was James H BARKER and his mother was Elizabeth KINDER. His paternal grandparents were Isaac BARKER and Spicy SCOTT. He had nine brothers and two sisters, named William Dryden, Joseph, James Anderson, Joshua, Isaac, John H., Andrew Lewis, Elijah, Adam Wheeler, Elizabeth and Mary Frances. He was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 25 in 1866.-
