Dora Lillian was born on January 11th, 1905 in Tyro Township,Yellow Medicine,Minnesota. Dora Lillian's father was Albert Anderson and her mother was Nellie Alida Rudell. Her paternal grandparents were Carl John Anderson and Anna; her maternal grandparents were John Aaron (Johan Aaron Johnson) Rudell and Anna Beatta Christianson. She had two brothers and six sisters, named Arthur Raymond, Harry Carl John, Alice Sophie, Helen Caroline, Myrtle Alida, Boots, Anna Mable and Alpha Vernetta. She was the second oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 63 on December 4th, 1968 in Granite Falls,Yellow Medicine,Minnesota. She was buried in Fridhem Cemetery,Granite Falls.-
