Anne was born in 1591 in Alford,England.1   Anne's father was Francis Marbury and her mother was Bridget Dryden.  Her maternal grandparents were John Dryden and Elizabeth Cope.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 52 in 1643 in Pelham Bay,NY.1

‌Anne and William were married in a religious ceremony.  They had a son and a daughter, named Edward and Susannah.
