Hugh was born in 0895 in (W53-19).1   Hugh's father was I Robert and his mother was Beatrix Of Vermandois. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Hugh, Hugh, Liegarde (Hildebrante) Of, Liegarde of and Leigarde Of.  He died in Deurden; Duke of France ( Lorraine and Gerberga).1
