Sallie was born in 1744. Sallie's father was Richard Abbott. She had four brothers and two sisters, named James, John, Richard, Thomas, Margaret and Nannie. Sallie is no longer alive.

John was born in 1771 in Virginia. He died at the age of 87 on March 7th, 1858 in Mud River,VA (now WV).
