John de was born on April 20th, 1352 in Welles, Lincolnshire, England. John de's father was John WELLES and his mother was Maud de ROS. His paternal grandparents were Adam WELLES and Margaret Eleanor BARDOLF; his maternal grandparents were William de ROS and Margery de BADLESMERE. He was an only child. He died at the age of 69 in 1421.-
