Agnes was born about 1092 in Eardisley, Herefordshire, England.  Agnes' father was Galfred REES and her mother was Nesta  GRIFFIN.  Her maternal grandfather was Rees ap Griffith UNKNOWN.  She was an only child.

They had a son named Ralph.
